Vic Scannepieco - Managing Director
Vic founded Aspect Construction in 1984. He has overseen the development and expansion of Aspect Construction and continues to drive the business forward with his hands on management approach. Vic is committed to the continuous development of the business and to delivering an exceptional service to Aspect’s clients.
Peter Gillard (MCIOB, RMaPS) - Commercial Manager
Peter has over 20 years’ experience within the building industry. He graduated as a Building Surveyor specialising in public sector construction. Peter is commercially astute without compromising on quality and has extensive knowledge in CDM and statutory compliance. Peter has overall responsibility for the tendering and pre-construction process.
David Nolan (ICIOB, AaPS) - Project Manager
David oversees the company’s residential and commercial projects, focusing on exceeding clients’ expectations, whilst maintaining and complying with all current legislation. In recent years David has played a pivotal role in the development of the commercial side of the business. He is currently in the process of completing his full chartered CIOB Membership.
Jim Batchelor - Estimator
Jim joined Aspect Construction in 1998 and has successfully built lasting relationships with many of our clients. He continues to accommodate the needs of our clients within the residential side of the business.
Don Brown - Operations Manager
Don joined Aspect Construction in 2010 and oversees the running of the operations within Aspect Construction. Don ensures we are constantly improving our systems, processes and polices whilst reviewing feedback from our clients.
Valerie Lewin - Office Manager
Having joined Aspect Construction in 2003, as Office Manager Valerie is at the heart of our busy office. Valerie’s duties as Vic’s Personal Assistant keep her extremely busy. She also supports the Aspect Construction Team and ensures the office operates smoothly. She is super-efficient and continues to raise the company profile, creating excellent business relations and opportunities with new clients.
Louisa Scannapieco - Administrator
Louisa joined the company in 2013 and is responsible for the day to day administration of our busy office. Louisa is already proving to be an asset to Aspect Construction and her role within the business will continue to grow along with her knowledge and experience.
