We helped our client create a stunning open-plan home by opening up their terraced property. We implemented large areas of glass to invite as much light into the home as possible. Our slick loft conversation resulted in a much-needed additional bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and wardrobes that were beautifully fitted into awkward spaces.
The exterior of Kennington Palace Court (a Grade II listed building) needed some attention. We carefully restored the stonework and carried out extensive roofing work, such as the replacement of the roof tiles.
The North Woolwich Library refurbishment involves comprehensive demolition, including the removal of existing carpets, vinyl floor coverings, electrical and mechanical installations, built-in shelving, partitions, suspended ceiling tiles, and masonry walls as indicated in the demolition plan. Our development of The Bickley Tavern was carried out with care for the surrounding area. Five apartments were created and fitted to the highest standard using the best materials.
