This involved the supporting of RAAC panels, in line with Department of Education guidelines, in the Kitchen and Dining areas, Changing Rooms, Gym, Swimming Pool, Corridors and DT Block, including Food Tech, Computer Room, Tech Room and Hot Room in a ‘live’ school.
Works included:
- birdcage scaffolding to access high level ceilings
- construction of a timber frame to support the RAAC panels
- installation of new ceiling lights
- decoration
- new suspended ceilings
- fire stopping
